The company collects data in a bid to operate efficiently, effectively and fulfilling any products and services that might be ordered or requested from us. We get the data on our end when you sign up from the website or access our site by logging in.
Google Analytics provides us the data, however, only related to the website usage in the form of analytics. The data which we get is completely anonymous and doesn’t mention or specify any individual.
The data collected by the company when you sign in include names, addresses and your representative who might have logged in on your behalf.
It is a third party payment gateway – Sagepay that processes your debit or credit card payment securely. We do not save or use any processing data on our end.
However, we do save and store your browser and IP details every time you log in. This is done to ensure account security. Additionally, this also helps us assist you on technical front should you face any problems with website in a future date.
We also store the sender details in case the delivery address is different than billing address. The details which we save are name, address and phone number.

Accessing and controlling data

You have the full right to change, edit or remove the data which is stored with us. You also have the right to instruct us in which way your information should be used.
Once you log In your account in our website, you would be able check and see all the details which we hold of you. You would have the access to the order which you have placed with us along with the saved basket. In case you order was sent to any of other delivery addresses, those details would be saved with us.
If you are unable to log in however, believe that we have your data that you are free to connect with us to get all the details related to it.

Using Personal Data

The details which you use while registering with us enable you to log in your account, change personal details and place orders. If for some reason we need to check your history, your personal details helps us check your history and serve you accordingly.
The details which you provide are, at time, given to third parties like couriers (for delivery) and email service provider (to make sure our mail is delivered). If your order is given to a third-party vendor, it is only then the information is sent to them.
All the information and data is saved at a particular location which is controlled by the third party. However, they don’t have access to it. They simply have responsibility of maintaining that facility.
Only if you have provided the consent, we will use the information for marketing communications. This can be changed anytime from your account’s settings.
